The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver Telephone Subscriber Identity Modules (SIMs) that support flexible deployment, stable connectivity, and operational efficiency for the Cape Winelands District Municipality. The solution aims to facilitate rapid and reliable mobile connectivity across various municipal sites, including the provision of data SIMs compatible with LTE (4G) and non-LTE (3G) networks, supported by web-based management portals for oversight and control.
The scope encompasses the procurement of uncapped data SIM cards suitable for LTE (4G) and fallback to 3G, with specifications ensuring open standards and vendor neutrality. The service includes:
