The primary objective of this tender is to supply, deliver, and refill oil drums (210 litres, SAE 20W-40) for three Euro 4000 locomotives. Specifically, the supply involves providing the necessary oil drums to two locomotives located in Bloemfontein and one in Port Elizabeth, ensuring proper maintenance and operational readiness of the locomotives.
