Objectives

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of various parts listed in the tender, specifically for the Year 2009 Model Case 580 Super R Series 3 with registration numbers CS 10778 and CS 10716. The parts include control levers, filters, safety elements, belts, cutting edges, bucket teeth, side cutters, bolts, seals, gears, bearings, and other related components, all to OEM specifications. The parts are to be supplied to the municipal depot in Bredasdorp, with delivery periods specified after official orders.

The scope also covers compliance with administrative, legal, and technical requirements, including registration, tax compliance, BBBEE status, and proof of previous satisfactory work.

Technical Requirements

• Parts must conform to OEM specifications and be suitable for the 2009 Case 580 Super R Series 3.
• Parts listed include control levers, filters (air, oil, fuel, hydraulic), belts, bucket teeth, side cutters, bolts, nuts, gear sets, seals, bearings, and other components as detailed in the tender document.
• All parts must be new, unused, and of the most recent models with all recent design and material improvements.
• Suppliers must provide proof of registration, tax compliance, BBBEE status, and relevant organizational documents.
• Delivery must be made to Bredasdorp at the supplier’s cost within the specified period after official order placement.
• Pricing must be inclusive of VAT, and all costs related to transport, disbursements, and other expenses must be incorporated into the bid.
• Suppliers must submit all required documentation, including declaration forms, enterprise questionnaires, and proof of previous work, to demonstrate capacity and compliance.
• Parts must meet the quality standards and specifications as per OEM requirements, and suppliers must be able to provide warranties and after-sales support.
