The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver a Server Room Biometric Access & Logging System/Device. The system aims to enhance security by controlling access to the server room through biometric authentication, ensuring only authorized personnel can enter, and providing reliable logging of all access events for monitoring and audit purposes.
The scope includes the procurement, installation, and commissioning of a biometric access system for the server room. Specific components involve biometric points with control systems, fireproof doors, normal doors, keypads, and access management systems capable of logging entries and exits. The system must also include provisions for system failure or power outage scenarios and ensure security against unauthorized access.
