The primary objective of this tender is to supply, install, support, and maintain a Traffic Contravention System, including a license recognition system, for a period of twelve (12) months. The system aims to enhance traffic management by automating contravention detection, processing, and enforcement activities, thereby improving efficiency and compliance within the uPhongolo Local Municipality.
