Scope of Work

The contractor will deliver a complete lifecycle solution encompassing supply, installation, hosting, and configuration of a Veeam-based infrastructure. Responsibilities include initial system deployment, ongoing operational support, backup execution, replication management, and disaster recovery readiness testing. The engagement operates under a fixed three-year term and requires strict adherence to national preferential procurement legislation and transformation frameworks.

Technical Requirements

• Deployment and licensing of Veeam Backup & Replication software optimized for two protected server workloads.
• Secure hosting environment configuration with appropriate storage allocation, network segmentation, and access controls.
• Implementation of automated backup schedules, incremental/differential retention policies, and cross-environment replication mechanisms.
