The primary objective of this tender is to supply bespoke service kits to OEM specifications for Eskom Rotek Industries (ERI) Bulk Material Services (BMS) mobile plant. The kits are intended to support scheduled and condition-based maintenance of a diverse fleet of heavy mobile equipment, ensuring high standards of operational reliability and safety over a period of 6 months.
The scope includes the supply and delivery of OEM-compliant or genuine OEM service kits and lubricants for various mobile plant equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, dump trucks, graders, rollers, backhoe loaders, and service trucks. The kits must support maintenance intervals ranging from 250 hours to 2000 hours, covering filters (engine, fuel, air, hydraulic, transmission, breather), lubricants, belts, and other related components. The scope also encompasses verification of compatibility, proper handling, storage, and continuous support during the contract period, including pre-contract compliance verification and ongoing evaluation.
