Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to acquire office buildings for the Umeda project, ensuring suitable premises with specific size and condition requirements to facilitate stakeholder consultation, training sessions, and staff and executive meetings.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Acquisition of office buildings with a minimum gross lettable area of 500 sqm, including detailed floor plans.
• Buildings must be in good condition, suitable for office use, and capable of accommodating stakeholder engagement, training, and meetings.
• The buildings should support inside and outside activities, including stakeholder consultation and training sessions, and have facilities such as a Management Boardroom.
• Submission of detailed floor plans and proof of building condition.

Technical Requirements

The buildings must meet the following technical specifications:

• Minimum gross lettable area of 500 sqm.
• Building condition: must be in good, functional state suitable for office operations.
• Facilities to include stakeholder consultation rooms, training rooms, and a Management Boardroom.
• Provide detailed floor plans with inside and outside views.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database.
• Compliance with eligibility criteria, including proof of good standing with municipal accounts (not in arrears for more than 90 days).
• Experience in property acquisition, real estate, or related fields.
• Provision of all required documentation, including declarations of interest, supply chain management practices, and independent bid determination certificates.
• Ability to meet technical specifications and evaluation criteria, including building condition and suitability.
• Capacity to deliver within the specified timeframe and adhere to contractual conditions.
