The primary objective of this tender is to procure protection officers (council orderlies) and the necessary equipment to support council meetings on an as-and-when basis over a period of 36 months. Additional objectives include the refurbishment and construction of various infrastructure such as water treatment plants, stormwater networks, roads, and stormwater bridges, as well as the supply and delivery of uniforms, insignia, medals, fire prevention systems, and office furniture and equipment across the City of Tshwane.
