The primary objective of this tender is to procure outdoor advertising services by installing illuminated street name signs that incorporate commercial advertising panels. These signs will be strategically located at street intersections within the Kwadukuza municipal jurisdiction, serving both navigational and advertising purposes over a period of three years.
