The primary objective of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced professional service provider to conduct a comprehensive work study at the Afrikaanse Taalmuseum en Monument (ATM) in Paarl. The study aims to evaluate the organisation’s operations, systems, staff structure, staff establishment, job levels, grading, and employment benefits to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with best practices. Additionally, the study includes a comparative salary and benefits analysis with relevant government departments and similar public entities, culminating in a detailed report.
