The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to deliver a comprehensive managed printing solution for Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS). This includes the supply, delivery, implementation, and support of 26 multifunction printers (MFPs) and print management software for a total of 96 devices across multiple sites. The solution aims to modernize and standardize ATNS’s ICT infrastructure, improve efficiency, enhance visibility and control over printing costs, and ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective printing services over a 60-month rental model.
