The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply, install, and manage VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services across South Cape TVET College for a period of three years. The project aims to upgrade the college’s outdated telephony infrastructure, implement a cloud-based VoIP system, and ensure seamless communication, call tracking, and reporting across multiple campuses.
