Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and experienced service provider to supply and deliver ECD Practitioner NQF Level 4 learning materials to South Cape TVET College. The aim is to ensure that registered students receive quality, accredited, and curriculum-aligned resources that support effective teaching and learning in Early Childhood Development (ECD) programs.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of complete learning material packages aligned with the ECD Practitioner Qualification (NQF Level 4).
• Delivery of these materials to designated college campuses, including George, Mossel Bay, and Oudtshoorn.
• Supply of specific learning resources such as practical files, knowledge modules, and workplace logbooks, with quantities specified per campus.
• Ensuring all materials meet the specified ISBNs and curriculum requirements.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:
