The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider responsible for developing a comprehensive Data Management Strategy for the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA). The strategy should enhance data governance, improve data quality, and support SACAA’s operational and strategic decision-making over a period of 6 months.
