Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider, specifically a CompTIA AUTHORIZED PARTNER, to deliver instructor-led training and certification for the CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) (CS0-003). The training aims to adequately prepare two participants for the CySA+ certification exam, thereby enhancing their cybersecurity skills and knowledge.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Delivering a 5-day (40-hour) accredited instructor-led training program for the CompTIA CySA+ module.
• Providing the CompTIA CySA+ certification examination (CS0-003) for participants upon completion.
• Ensuring training is conducted within Gauteng Province, including:
• Provision of training venue and facilities
• Catering for participants
• Training aids, manuals, and course materials
• Providing comprehensive manuals, textbooks, and reference resources.
• Ensuring facilitators are accredited and meet the required qualifications.
• Providing certificates of attendance and exam vouchers.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the service provider include:

• Being a certified and accredited CompTIA AUTHORIZED Partner, with proof of accreditation.
• Having prior experience in delivering CySA+ training and examinations, supported by reference letters and previous training records.
• Providing qualified facilitators who are accredited to conduct CySA+ training, with relevant experience and proof of accreditation.
• Delivering training that adheres to CompTIA standards and requirements.
• Supplying all necessary training materials, manuals, and reference resources.
• Providing exam vouchers and certification upon successful completion.
• Offering all-inclusive pricing covering training, facilitation, venue, catering, materials, exam fees, and taxes.

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required from the service provider and facilitators include:

• Proven experience in delivering CySA+ training and examinations, with at least three relevant projects in the last three years.
• Accreditation as a CompTIA Authorized Partner, with valid proof of accreditation.
• Facilitators must be accredited by CompTIA to conduct CySA+ training, with documented proof.
• Facilitators must have a detailed CV demonstrating recent relevant training experience, including contact details of previous organizations and dates.
• Ability to provide comprehensive training materials, manuals, and reference resources.
• Capability to deliver training in a professional, accredited manner, ensuring adherence to CompTIA standards.
