The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to supply the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) with online legal publications for a period of five (5) years. The aim is to ensure NERSA has access to up-to-date and accurate legal resources to support its regulatory mandate and legal research activities.
