Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider capable of rendering comprehensive employee well-being services for the Department of Land Reform and Rural Development (DLRRD) over a period of 24 months (2 years). The aim is to enhance employee health, wellness, and overall well-being through professional support and services.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of employee well-being services, including but not limited to health promotion, wellness programs, counseling, and related support services. The service provider must deliver these services across various provincial offices and affiliates as specified, ensuring coverage and accessibility for all relevant departments and regions.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of employee well-being services aligned with departmental needs.
• Implementation of wellness programs, counseling, and health promotion activities.
• Coordination with departmental offices across multiple provinces, including North West, Mpumalanga, Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, Gauteng, Free State, Northern Cape, and Limpopo.
• Completion of an organogram detailing the structure of service delivery, with strict adherence to restrictions on duplication across affiliates.
• Compliance with government procurement conditions, including confidentiality, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Provision of qualified personnel and resources to support the delivery of services.

Skills Requirements
