Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to deliver comprehensive Employee Wellness Services to the Department of Home Affairs staff and their family members across all provinces, including Head Office. The contract duration is three years, starting from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of employee wellness services to all Department of Home Affairs staff and their families nationwide. This includes delivering wellness programs, support services, and related activities across all provinces and Head Office, ensuring accessible and effective employee support mechanisms.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of comprehensive Employee Wellness Services tailored to staff and family needs.
• Delivery across all provinces and Head Office, ensuring nationwide coverage.

• Compliance with government procurement and contractual standards, including inspections, testing, and quality assurance.
