The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider to develop the Limpopo Spatial Development Framework (LSDF) and associated Productive Regional Development Plans over a period of nine (9) months. The plans aim to produce comprehensive spatial, socio-economic, and infrastructure assessments within the identified regions, culminating in detailed development strategies, GIS-based spatial mapping, and monitoring systems. The overarching goal is to enhance integrated regional planning, infrastructure alignment, and economic growth, thereby supporting sustainable spatial transformation aligned with provincial priorities and the LSDF (2025).
