The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitably qualified and accredited Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Compliance Service Provider to establish, implement, and support MKRI’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System.   • Implementing emergency management procedures, drills, incident management, and incident/accident investigations.
  • Developing internal audit procedures, schedules, and conducting audits across all sites.
  • Identifying and pursuing ISO Management System standards, including certification if applicable.
  • Supporting ongoing legislative compliance and establishing an effective OHS management system across MKRI’s offices and digital centres.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the service provider include:

  • Provision of a fully compliant Occupational Health and Safety Management System aligned with legislative standards.
  • Development of policies, procedures, registers, checklists, and risk assessments.
  • Conducting internal audits, investigations, and statutory reporting.
  • Implementation of emergency preparedness, drills, and incident management protocols.
  • Training and appointing H&S representatives and developing H&S committees.
  • Developing and executing an internal audit schedule and addressing audit findings.
  • Supporting ISO MS standards implementation and certification processes.
  • Providing ongoing compliance monitoring and reporting across all MKRI sites and digital centres.

The successful bidder must demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in establishing and managing Occupational Health and Safety Systems.
  • Qualified personnel with relevant certifications in occupational health and safety management.
