The primary objective of this tender is to procure a comprehensive NTCSA Operating Technology (OT) Endpoint Detection Response (EDR) & Network Intrusion Detection System (NIDS) solution. This includes supply, delivery, off-loading, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, decommissioning, maintenance, support, and training, to ensure robust cybersecurity measures over a period of five years for NIDS and two years for EDR, on an "as and when" required basis.
The scope encompasses the full lifecycle management of the NIDS and EDR solutions, including:
The contractual period is five years for NIDS and two years for EDR, with options for "as and when" required basis extensions.
