The primary objective of this tender is to procure and appoint a developer responsible for delivering a residentially-led mixed-use development as part of the Provincial Pavement Testing Laboratory (PPTL) Development Project. The project aims to create a sustainable, integrated development that meets community needs and promotes economic growth within the region.
