The primary objective of this tender is to engage a qualified professional services provider to upgrade the Umsobomvu Sports Facilities and to provide professional civil engineering services for planning, design, documentation, and construction site supervision of the project. Additionally, the project aims to enhance the sports infrastructure within the Umsobomvu Local Municipality to support community development and recreational activities.
