The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to conduct a comprehensive review of 32 NHFC Human Capital policies. The review aims to identify gaps, ensure compliance with legislation and best practices, and recommend updates aligned with NHFC’s strategic objectives.
The scope involves a three-phase process:
The policies to be reviewed include recruitment, induction, employment equity, training and development, reward and recognition, job evaluation, code of ethics, code of conduct, talent management, succession planning, career management, mentorship, travel, health and safety, harassment, employee wellness, employee assistance, work-life balance, bereavement, hybrid work, cell phone, labour relations, grievance, retrenchment, termination, intellectual property, gender-based violence, lifestyle audit, gender responsive planning, and remote work policies.
