The service provider must:

  • Legal expertise in labour law, with minimum 5 years’ experience and qualification at NQF level 8 (LLB or equivalent).
  • Proven capability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Ability to conduct due diligence and background checks on personnel and the bidding entity.
