Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is for the Road Accident Fund (RAF) to appoint a suitable service provider to provide office space for rental at the RAF Gqeberha Customer Service Centre (CSC) Office. The rental period is twelve (12) months, commencing from 01 November 2025.

Scope

The scope involves sourcing and securing office space that meets the requirements specified by the RAF for the Gqeberha CSC Office, including the duration of the lease and associated logistical considerations. The service provider will be responsible for providing the office space for the specified period.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of suitable office space located in Gqeberha for the RAF CSC Office.
• The office space must be available for occupation starting 01 November 2025.
• The space should meet the necessary standards for office operations, including accessibility, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• The lease agreement should cover a period of twelve (12) months.
• The service provider must ensure the office space is ready for immediate use upon commencement date.

Skills Requirements

• Experience in providing office rental solutions, preferably within the public sector or similar environments.
• Ability to negotiate and manage lease agreements effectively.
• Knowledge of local property markets in Gqeberha to ensure suitable and cost-effective office space procurement.
• Capacity to coordinate logistical arrangements for office setup and occupancy.
• Compliance with procurement policies and regulations, including the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022.
