The primary objective of this tender is to supply, deliver, and off-load bitumen products for Siyathemba Municipality on an as-and-when-required basis over a period of 36 months. The aim is to ensure a reliable supply of quality bitumen products that meet specified standards to support municipal infrastructure projects and maintenance activities.
The scope encompasses the procurement and delivery of various bitumen products, including binder and slurry mixtures, conforming to specified technical standards (SANS 4001-BT3 and BT4). The contract covers the supply, delivery, off-loading, and potential on-site handling of these products across the municipal area, with the delivery periods and quantities to be determined as per the municipality's requirements over the 36-month period.
