The primary objective of this tender is to upgrade a section of National Route 3, specifically between Paradise Valley (km 17.50) and Mariannhill Toll Plaza (km 26.02), to improve infrastructure within the KwaZulu Natal province and the eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality.
The scope of the project includes the comprehensive upgrade of the specified section of National Route 3. The project duration is approximately 45 months, including a 3-month mobilization period. The project also requires the successful tenderer to subcontract at least 30% of the work to Targeted Enterprise(s).
