The primary objective of this tender is to appoint qualified Professional Service Providers (PSPs) to develop a comprehensive Provincial Integrated Electrification Master Plan. This plan aims to guide and coordinate electrification efforts within the Western Cape, Northern Cape, and Free State provinces, ensuring sustainable and efficient energy development aligned with provincial and national energy policies.
