Procurement Details

• Tender Fee: R150.00 (cash payment required).
• Tender Documents: Available for collection from the Office of the Municipal Manager during normal working hours.
• Submission Deadline: 31 August 2026 at 12:00 pm (noon).
• Enquiries: All technical and administrative enquiries should be directed to the Building Inspector, Mr ND Kranyile, at the Municipality.

Submission Requirements

• Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
• The envelope must be clearly addressed to the Municipal Manager.
• The outside of the envelope must indicate the tender name and the tender reference number.
• Late tenders delivered after the closing date and time will not be considered.

Evaluation Criteria

Bids will be evaluated in two stages:

1. Administrative Compliance: Bidders must meet all administrative requirements as specified in the tender documents, including correct completion of forms, submission of required documentation, and adherence to submission protocols.
2. PPPFA 2022/20 Ownership Goals: Evaluation will consider ownership goals in line with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) regulations, which may include preferences for historically disadvantaged individuals, women-owned, or youth-owned enterprises as applicable.
