The primary objective of this tender is to procure guarding services for the South African Post Office across various locations in KwaZulu-Natal Province. The services are intended to ensure the security of postal and retail facilities, logistics, and support sites for a maximum duration of twelve (12) months.
The scope encompasses the provision of unarmed and armed guarding services at multiple sites within KwaZulu-Natal, including retail outlets, mail operation centers, logistics hubs, and support facilities. The services are categorized based on location and operational hours, covering day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with specific requirements for Grade B (Unarmed), Grade C (Unarmed), and Grade C (Armed) guards.
