Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage a qualified service provider to undertake comprehensive Facility Condition Assessments of Western Cape Government-owned properties. The assessments aim to evaluate the current condition of the facilities, identify maintenance and repair needs, and inform future planning and budgeting for property management during the period 2026/27 to 2028/29.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Conducting detailed condition assessments of all specified government-owned properties within the Western Cape.
• Providing comprehensive reports on the condition of each property, including identified issues and recommended actions.
• Prioritizing repair and maintenance needs based on assessment findings.
• Supporting the development of long-term maintenance strategies and budgets.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:
