Objectives

Scope

The scope includes:

• Delivering a training intervention on Scenario Planning for 3 employees.
• Providing accredited training that follows formal assessment processes.
• Issuing certificates of attendance and competence upon completion.
• Offering training in both physical (if possible) and online formats.
• Including all costs such as trainers, materials, assessments, and certificates in the quotation.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that:

• The training must build strategic foresight skills for scenario analysis and decision-making.
• The training should be accredited, with formal assessments and certification.
• The training can be delivered online (virtual) if physical sessions are not feasible.
• The service provider must provide a comprehensive quotation covering all associated costs.
