Objectives

To procure accredited training services for First Aid Level 1 certification for 13 delegates in Cape Town during August/September 2026. Scope

The service encompasses comprehensive theoretical and practical training for 13 delegates in Cape Town. Core modules include emergency care protocols, first aid administration, workplace hazard identification, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and an optional cyanide poisoning response component tailored for gold mining operations. The service provider is responsible for delivering all instructional content, supplying necessary training materials and practical instruments, conducting assessments, and issuing certificates to qualifying participants. Exact training dates will be confirmed upon purchase order issuance.

Technical Requirements

• Valid accreditation from the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) or an Education and Training Quality Assurance (ETQA) body, with proof attached.
• Mandatory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Complete quotations that explicitly quote all specified items and provide detailed descriptions of goods/services.
• Strict adherence to submission deadlines; late submissions are automatically disqualified.
• Quotation validity of at least 90 days, with implicit consent to extension if the bidder does not respond.
• Full disclosure of any related companies registered on the CSD within seven working days of request.
