Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a training programme for Executive Secretaries to obtain an Occupational Certificate for Management Assistant. The programme aims to enhance skills and qualifications of secretaries in line with SAQA standards, including issuing Statements of Results and Certifications.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of a training programme for six participants, covering the requirements specified under SAQA Qualification ID 101876. The training can be delivered virtually or through contact sessions. The programme includes learning materials, facilitator accreditation, and certification fees. The successful bidder must also provide company profile, proof of accreditation, and other supporting documents as specified.

Technical Requirements

• The training must align with SAQA Qualification ID 101876.
• The programme should include fees for issuing Statements of Results and Certifications.
• Training can be delivered virtually or in contact sessions.
• Fees for learning materials, facilitator, assessor, and moderator accreditation must be included.
• All costs related to the training, including delivery and certification, must be incorporated into the bid.
• Bidder must provide proof of accreditation by relevant SETA and of facilitator, assessor, and moderator accreditation.
• Supporting documents such as company registration, tax compliance, and CSD report must be attached.

Skills Requirements

The bidder must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in delivering occupational training programmes aligned with SAQA standards.
• Accreditation by relevant SETA for the training programme.
• Capability to provide qualified facilitators, assessors, and moderators with valid accreditation.
• Ability to deliver training either virtually or through contact sessions effectively.
• Provision of comprehensive company profile and previous service references.
