The primary objective of this tender is to upgrade approximately 410 meters of roads in Ward 07, Outer West, specifically Trk 74201 and Phase 01 of Trk 74200, from gravel to asphalt. The project aims to provide a formalized, hardened pavement structure to improve road quality and safety, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards throughout construction.
