The primary objective of this tender is to upgrade the B-field at Pella Park Sportsground in Porterville. The project includes constructing a new changing and ablution facility, extending the existing grassed playing surface, installing a new underground drainage system, erecting a new spectator fence with access points, and building a retaining wall with seating. Additionally, an outdoor gym facility will be constructed adjacent to the new building, equipped with various outdoor exercise and fitness equipment.
