The primary objectives of this tender are to augment the water supply source through the use of the Sassa Borehole and to construct a Water Treatment Package Plant in Ward 1. Additional objectives include upgrading existing infrastructure such as water pipes, sewer pump stations, and pavement repairs, as well as providing electrical equipment and short-term insurance services to support municipal operations.
