Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint an engineering consultant to provide a Traffic Impact Assessment for the approval of the Department of Transport. Technical Requirements

• Provision of a detailed Traffic Impact Assessment report compliant with departmental standards.
• Adherence to the phased sequence of quotation evaluation as specified in the quotation document.
• Submission of all supporting documents, including proof of ownership by Black People (e.g., EME/QSE Sworn Affidavit).
• Completion and submission of the quotation on the official departmental form, without retyping or redrafting.
• Submission of the original hard copy and supporting documents before the closing date.
• Compliance with the mandatory requirements and evaluation criteria outlined in the tender documentation.
• Site visits to be conducted at the bidder’s own cost to familiarize with logistics, conditions, and access.
• Validity of the tender for 120 days from the closing date.
