The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deviate an overhead Medium Voltage (MV) line to a 3-phase underground cable and connect it to the municipal minisubstation. This involves replacing the existing overhead line with an underground cable to improve reliability and safety of the electrical distribution network within Mandeni Municipality.
