The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable service provider to perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency breakdown repairs, and ad hoc services for lifts at the Kilner Park Office Building. The aim is to ensure the reliable and safe operation of lifts over a period of thirty-six (36) months.
