The primary objective of this tender is to procure in-house short course training on Monitoring and Coaching for 20 employees over a period of 5 days. The training aims to enhance participants' skills in coaching first-line managers and mentoring colleagues, aligned with specific unit standards and supported by referral letters.
The scope includes providing training services based on the following unit standards:
The service provider must deliver the training, ensure referral letters with project start and end dates, and have contacts for verification. The training duration is 5 days, and the provider must support compliance with the specified goals and eligibility criteria.
