Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to hire 15-seater mini buses to facilitate the Disability Games scheduled for 30 October 2025 at uMhlathuze Sport Complex. The procurement aims to secure reliable transportation services to support the event's logistical requirements.

Scope

The scope of work involves providing the required number of 15-seater mini buses for the specified event date. The buses will be used for transportation along designated routes, including various taxi routes within the uMhlathuze area, ensuring accessibility and timely arrival at event venues. The delivery and service period is aligned with the event date, with the expectation that the buses will be available on 30 October 2025.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of 15-seater mini buses suitable for event transportation.
• Compliance with all statutory and safety regulations, including submission of a SHE Risk Management: Contractor SHE file.
• All alterations to quotations must be signed by the bidder.
• Suppliers must be registered with the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and provide the CSD number.
• Submission of a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund or Department of Labour.
• Completion of RFQ forms in black ink; no pencil entries accepted.
• All compulsory documents, including tax compliance certificates and relevant certifications, must be attached.

Skills Requirements

• Ability to supply and operate mini buses that meet safety and operational standards.
• Knowledge of local routes and transportation logistics within uMhlathuze.
• Compliance with statutory requirements such as SHE standards and tax regulations.
• Capacity to coordinate with event organizers and technical contacts for smooth service delivery.
