The primary objective of this tender is to redesign, develop, and maintain the municipal website of Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality over a period of 36 months. The project aims to create a secure, responsive, and data-sensitive website that enhances information sharing with stakeholders, improves content management, and supports good corporate governance.
