The primary objective of this tender is to invite specialist contractors to submit their proposals for the construction and refurbishment of Patria Residence, Building H2, at the Potchefstroom Campus of North-West University. The project aims to upgrade existing student accommodation blocks with heritage significance through general renovation and upgrades.
