Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to commission a qualified service provider to design, layout, and set the 2024/2025 ERWAT Annual Report and Annual Financial Statements (AFS) for publication on the ERWAT website and in an e-book format. The project aims to produce a professional, visually appealing, and accessible digital report that meets ERWAT’s standards and legislative requirements.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Design, layout, and setting of the 2024/2025 Annual Report and AFS.
• Preparation of the final product in website-ready format and e-book format.
• Delivery of electronic files on a memory stick, including links to previous reports and statements.
• Adherence to the delivery timeline, estimated for February 2026.
• Ensuring the final product is compliant with ERWAT’s branding and technical specifications.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• Provision of a website-ready digital report and e-book format.
• Inclusion of copy, graphs, tables, and photos provided by ERWAT.
• Typesetting of approximately 150 pages.
• Proofreading and editing by a professional editor.
• Delivery of the final product in electronic format, accessible and compatible with ERWAT’s online platforms.
• Submission of electronic portfolios demonstrating relevant experience.
• Compliance with all legislative and ERWAT-specific technical standards.

Skills Requirements

The successful bidder must demonstrate:

• Experience in designing, laying out, and setting reports for corporate and government clients within the past 3 years.
• Ability to produce high-quality, professional digital reports and e-books.
• Proficiency in typesetting, graphic design, and digital formatting.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Capacity to meet tight deadlines and deliver a fully compliant final product.
• Experience in working with municipal or similar public sector entities is preferred.
