Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure She Representative T-shirts for SBM (Saldanha Bay Municipality) to be used by representatives, ensuring they are identifiable and professional in appearance. The project aims to supply short sleeve golf shirts with specific branding and quality standards within a stipulated timeframe.

Scope

The scope includes the provision of short sleeve golf shirts in various sizes (Small to 5X/Large) with the SBM logo printed on the back and the "She Rep" logo on the front. The supplier must deliver the shirts within 30 days of receiving the official order. The scope also covers adherence to specific design, stitching, and branding requirements as detailed in the pricing schedule.

Technical Requirements

• Supply grey short sleeve golf shirts in sizes Small, Medium, Large, X/Large, XX/Large, 4X/Large, and 5X/Large.
• Shirts must have 3 or 4 button plackets with double stitching conforming to standard quality requirements.
• SBM logo printed on the back of each shirt and "She Rep" logo on the front.
• Delivery to be completed within 30 days after official order.
• Pricing must include all costs, including delivery charges.
• All shirts must meet the specified quality and branding standards as per the provided specifications.

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

• Supplier must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide proof of registration.
• Supplier must have the capacity to produce and deliver branded golf shirts according to the specifications.
• Ability to provide quality assurance and conform to the technical standards specified.
• Competence in handling bulk orders and timely delivery within the stipulated timeframe.
• Provision of valid tax and company registration documents, including VAT registration and CIPC registration.
• Experience in supplying branded apparel to government or municipal entities will be advantageous.
