The primary objective of this tender is to procure skills training for 42 Community Work Programme (CWP) participants across three provinces: Northern Cape (14), North-West (14), and KwaZulu-Natal (14). The training focuses on the Occupational Skills Programme: Plumbing Hand, SP-210403 (NQF Level 3), which is accredited by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO).
