If you would like to do business with CapeNature, you will need to register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). The process is explained here.
Following registration on the CSD, potential service providers must also register on the Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank. CapeNature maintains a dual registration process that requires its suppliers to register on both the CSD and the Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank (provincial database) for procurement via the eProcurement System (ePS), also known as the Integrated Procurement Solution (IPS).
The primary objective of this tender is to secure the renewal and support of Mimecast software licenses and archive storage systems for CapeNature. This includes software maintenance, technical support, and optional extensions over a period of 24 months, with an option to extend for an additional 12 months. The goal is to ensure continuous, secure, and efficient email cybersecurity, data protection, and related services for approximately 580 users.
The scope encompasses the renewal of Mimecast cloud cybersecurity services and archive storage for CapeNature’s email and data systems. Specifically, it involves:
