Skills and Qualification Requirements

Suppliers must demonstrate the following skills and qualifications to be considered:

• Provision of proof of previous supply of similar or identical items within the past 24 months, including stamped invoices, delivery notes, or reference letters.
• Registration with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) showing active and tax-compliant status (for South African companies).
• Completion and submission of the SBD4 declaration form, signed and signed by authorized representatives.
• Foreign or international companies must complete SBD1 documentation.
• Adherence to procurement procedures via the OBP supply chain portal, with all required documentation uploaded with the bid.
• Compliance with socio-economic criteria, including BBBEE certification demonstrating ownership and disability status where applicable.
